ELB 102 – De “baby” – 10 wielen geïmpregneerd met cerium
De ELB 102 rechtlijnige schaafmachines werken continu bij snelheden van meer dan 2,5 meter per minuut. De mogelijkheid om de ELB 102 te integreren in automatische robotsystemen bevrijdt de productie van de aanwezigheid van operators, waardoor de snelheid van het productieproces toeneemt. Bovone’s industriële capaciteit stelt het bedrijf in staat om alle productiefasen intern te controleren en robuuste, precieze, hoogwaardige en betrouwbare machines te bouwen. Het aanpassingsvermogen van de ELB 102 maakt het bovendien mogelijk om elke oplossing te kalibreren volgens de specifieke behoeften van de klant, van “micro”-stukken met een uitzonderlijke afwerking tot grote platen voor buitentoepassingen.
ELB 10 – Platte rand – vloeibaar cerium
Rechtlijnige schaafmachine voor het polijsten van de platte rand met vloeibaar cerium. Hoge afwerkingsniveaus voor producties van bijzondere waarde.
Deze schaafmachine is specifiek ontworpen om bij te dragen aan de kwaliteit van het randpolijsten, dankzij het gebruik van vloeibaar cerium. De constructiekenmerken van de machine garanderen grote betrouwbaarheid op lange termijn en zeer hoogwaardige producties, versterkt door een geoptimaliseerd afwerkingsniveau dankzij het gebruik van vloeibaar cerium.
ELB 10 + 1 – Platte rand – rand afronden – vloeibaar cerium
Deze oplossing van Bovone maakt het mogelijk om een flexibele machine te hebben die automatisch de glasrand afrondt. Het kan worden geïntegreerd met een robotisch handelingssysteem. De ELB 10+1 kan glas verwerken dat over transportbanden schuift of in synergie met een robot voor glasverwerking. Bovendien maakt de veelzijdigheid van de machine het mogelijk om de glasrand te slijpen en te polijsten zonder het gebruik van afronding. De automatisering van het proces vertaalt zich in een belangrijke productiviteitsstijging. Naast veelzijdigheid kan de ELB 10+1 hoge kwaliteitsniveaus van randpolijsten bereiken, die excellentie bereiken door gebruik te maken van vloeibaar cerium.
ELB 9 + 2 – Platte rand – groeven
De nieuwe ELB 9+2 rechtlijnige schaafmachine van Bovone voldoet aan de eisen van de referentiemarkten – architectuur, interieurontwerp, huishoudelijke apparaten – op het gebied van kwaliteit, verwerkingsflexibiliteit en hoge productiviteit. Het diepgaande onderzoek van de gereedschappen, uitgevoerd met de dochteronderneming BDT, heeft geleid tot een configuratie van de slijpwielen waarmee het mogelijk is om in één doorgang groeven met een “L”-profiel, platte rand en arris te creëren.
De ELB 9+2 kan een complex profiel op de glasrand produceren in één doorgang, zonder dat het glas op verschillende machines hoeft te worden verwerkt of dat de instellingen moeten worden veranderd. Het versnelt het proces van glasrandverwerking en maakt het beter beheersbaar, wat leidt tot een gestandaardiseerd en consistent product in kwaliteit en toleranties, terwijl kosten en materiaalbehandeling worden verminderd.
ELB 12 HS – Sneller dan alles tot nu toe – Platte rand
De serie 12 is de ambassadeur van Bovone’s polijstkwaliteit. De ELB 12 HS is de schaafmachine om uitstekende afwerkingsniveaus te behalen en langdurig op hoge snelheid en constante kwaliteit te werken. De ELB 12-serie van Bovone is beschikbaar in de modellen ELB12 HS (High Speed) en ELB12 100 (100 mm dikte). Bovone serie 12 rechtlijnige schaafmachines bieden perfecte afwerkingen, hoge en continue snelheid voor een hogere en constante productiviteit over tijd.
De ELB 12HS is ontworpen voor snelle productie van grote glasvolumes, met een cyclussnelheid tot 10 m/min. De machine kan vloeibaar cerium gebruiken, maar kan ook zonder worden geconfigureerd en kan worden geïntegreerd in volledig geautomatiseerde robotsystemen.
ELB 12 100 – 100 mm dikke glazen – Platte rand
De 12-serie is de ambassadeur van Bovone-polijstkwaliteit. De ELB 12 100 is speciaal ontworpen voor glasbedrijven die grote diktes – tot 100 mm – moeten verwerken en de hoge Bovone-standaarden voor platrandpolijsten willen bereiken. Dankzij de robuuste constructie kan deze machine platen tot 100 mm verwerken en, indien uitgerust met VHLS-transportbanden, gewichten tot 2250 kg aan. Beschikbaar met of zonder vloeibaar cerium, en kan worden geïntegreerd in volledig geautomatiseerde robotsystemen.
ELB 14 – Platte rand – vloeibaar cerium ook op de arris
De kwaliteit van Bovone-polijsten wordt uitgebreid naar platte randen en dankzij de twee speciale wielen ook op arrissen. Ontworpen voor het verwerken van kleine stukken tot minimaal 35 x 35 mm / 25 x 50 mm, ideaal voor monsters.
ELB 10/45 – Gevel – vloeibaar cerium
Variabele hoek rechtlijnige schaafmachine voor platte of schuine randen: uitstekende polijstkwaliteit dankzij vloeibaar cerium. De massief gietijzeren basis garandeert extreme precisie en duurzaamheid.

Toughened glass specialist TuffX has recently processed it’s one millionth linear metre of glass, on the Bovone ELB 12 HS straight line edging machine installed at its Merseyside manufacturing plant just 24 months ago.
